NOTE: Both the Physical or Other Health Impairment test (058) and a Professional Knowledge and Skills test (117, 121, 135, 136) are required to obtain the SC endorsement for initial certification. Any questions about testing and endorsements can be directed to the Michigan Department of Education or your educator preparation program.

Computer-based test (CBT)
100 multiple-choice questions

Time

2 hours and 45 minutes total appointment time

15 minutes for CBT tutorial and nondisclosure agreement
2 hours and 30 minutes testing time
